Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. This step is essential to ensure that your Italian sub squares bake evenly and turn out golden brown.

Next, take one of the cans of crescent rolls and unroll the dough. Lay it out into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
