Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a large pot or skillet over medium heat.

6. Reduce the heat to low and add the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is creamy and smooth.
7. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg if using. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
