Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Pasta

1️⃣ Prepare the Slow Cooker Base
In your slow cooker, combine the cooked chicken, frozen peas and carrots, frozen corn, onion, and minced garlic. Stir in the chicken broth and heavy cream, ensuring all ingredients are well mixed.

2️⃣ Add Cream Cheese and Seasonings
Break the softened cream cheese into chunks and add it to the mixture. Season with dried thyme, dried parsley, and salt and pepper. Stir gently.

3️⃣ Cook Low and Slow
Set your slow cooker on low heat and cook for 4-6 hours. Stir occasionally to ensure the mixture stays smooth and doesn’t stick to the bottom.

4️⃣ Cook the Pasta
About 30 minutes before the slow cooker finishes, cook your egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

5️⃣ Finish and Serve
Once the slow cooking is complete, stir the cooked noodles and Parmesan cheese into the creamy chicken mixture. Let the cheese melt and coat everything evenly. Adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
