  • 3 cups of pretzels
  • 3 cups of Rice Chex cereal
  • 2 cups of M&M's (holiday edition)
  • 2 cups of peanuts
  • 1 cup of melted white chocolate
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar

 

 

Preparation Method

Prepare the mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine the pretzels, Rice Chex, M&M's, and peanuts. Gently toss the ingredients until they’re well-distributed.
Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each one, until smooth and creamy. Pour the melted white chocolate over the dry mixture, making sure to coat every piece generously.
Powdered sugar magic: Sprinkle the powdered sugar over the mixture, gently tossing it until everything is evenly coated.
Chill and set: Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the white chocolate has hardened.
