  • 3–4 broccoli florets
  • Salt, to taste
  • Provence spices, to taste
  • 200 g (7 oz) cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • 200 g (1 cup) grated mozzarella cheese
  • 6 large slices mozzarella cheese
