Select one large aloe vera leaf from an aloe vera plant. Use a sharp knife to slice it open lengthwise.
Carefully scoop out the clear gel using a spoon. Be sure to avoid the yellowish layer close to the skin of the leaf, as it can be irritating to the skin.
2. Prepare Your Feet:
Wash your feet thoroughly with warm water and a mild soap. Pat them dry with a towel. This ensures that your skin will fully absorb the gel.
3. Apply the Aloe Vera Gel:
Generously apply the fresh aloe vera gel to your feet, focusing on areas that are dry or cracked.
Massage the gel into your feet for a few minutes to help increase blood circulation and enhance absorption.
