Ingredients:
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or yogurt
Method:
- Get the carrot ready: After peeling, soften the carrot by steaming it. Blend it into a silky paste.
- Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix the mashed carrot, honey, and olive oil (or yoghurt).
- Put on the Mask: Keeping your eyes out of the mixture, evenly distribute it over your face. Turn it on for ten to fifteen minutes.
- Rinse Off: Use lukewarm water to rinse your face, then pat dry. Savour the smooth, renewed feeling on your skin.
- Benefits: This mask gives the skin a natural shine, minimises irritation, and moisturises it. Extra moisture and nutrients are added by the honey and olive oil (or yoghurt).
